    Rental Rates
    Monday-Friday

    HC employees: $100 for non-college related events per day
    Alumni, businesses and others:     $200 per day
     
    Saturday-Sunday 
    HC employees: $100 per half day/$200 per full day for non-college related events (up to $400 for the entire weekend)
    Alumni, businesses and others:     $200 per half day/$400 per full day (up to $800 for the entire weekend)

    If alcohol is served on the premises, the renter is responsible for acquiring an establishment with a liquor license to serve beverages. Hastings College and the Hastings College Alumni/Foundation are not responsible for negligence and damages caused by the distribution of alcoholic beverages.
