    Celebrating 50 years as a Hastings College alumnus is a significant milestone, and the Alumni Association invites all alumni and attendees from the Class of 1975 back to campus for their Golden Graduation Reunion, September 25-28, 2025.

    Thursday, September 25

    8:00 am–12:00 pm – Registration & Social Gathering (Barrett Alumni Center - 1001 N. 6th Ave.)
    Pick up your official Golden Graduation packet and name tags. Refreshments will be available throughout the day. This is a great opportunity to catch up with friends and meet the Alumni Association and Foundation staff members.

    1:00–2:00 pm  Campus Tours (Beginning at Hazelrigg Student Union - 914 N. Elm Ave.)
    Catch a ride in our van to see how campus has changed since you were a student! 

    5:00–7:00 pm  Hastings Chamber After Hours (Morrison-Reeves Science Center - 717 N Ash Ave.)
    Celebrate Hastings College with the Hastings Chamber of Commerce and community leaders. 

    Friday, September 26

    8:00–9:00 pm – David Otis Johnson Gallery Exhibition Reception (Jackson Dinsdale Art Center)
    Hastings College graduate David Otis Johnson returns to campus with “A Spiritual Plain,” a solo exhibition of new neon and mixed-media sculptures at the Jackson Dinsdale Art Center (JDAC). Reception with the artist to begin at the conclusion of the Fine Arts Hall of Fame Ceremony. Attendees asked to enter from the west side of the building. Free entry, open bar.

    – Music Bingo (Steeple Brewing)
    Test your music knowledge and quick thinking as we play hit after hit from the honored class years, marking off your Bingo cards and racing to win fabulous prizes. Whether you’re a music aficionado or just love a good challenge, this is your chance to shine and enjoy a night full of rhythm and rivalry. All alumni & spouses welcome! Registration requested. Free entry, cash bar.

    Saturday, September 27

    9:00 am – Golden Graduation Class and Individual Photos (French Memorial Chapel)

    9:30 am – 1975 Golden Graduation Ceremony (French Memorial Chapel)
    Celebrating the 1975 Graduates 50 years after their graduation! Roger Doerr, Emeritus Professor of Business and member of the Hastings College Foundation Board of Directors, will be the Golden Grad Commencement speaker. Free entry

    10:30 am – Melody Round-Up Parade
    Downtown Hastings

    11:00 am–End of Football Game – Bronco Tailgate (Lloyd Wilson Field)
    Shop the official Hastings College Spirit Shop at their pop up location during the Bronco Tailgate and Homecoming Football game. Full selection available at Perkins Library from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

    11:30 am–2:00 pm
     
    – Bronco Tailgate (Gray Center/Jackson Dinsdale Art Center Parking Lot)
    Order from your choice of food trucks, and enjoy a vibrant atmosphere filled with games, the Bronco Marching Band, glassblowing demos, and laughter. Free entry, food for purchase at food trucks.
